After logging in, the following message is displayed:

However, when you click restricted buttons, you are given the login screen again.

The problem is in the that the login information is not being honored by your computer because your security settings are too high.  To access these pages, you need to lower the privacy settings. In Internet Explorer, go to tools>internet options>privacy and lower the setting until it works.  In Firefox, go to tools>options>privacy and make sure that your have checked the box to accept cookies.
